Lance Berwald is a former professional basketball player. He was drafted by the LA Lakers and spent 14 1/2 seasons abroad playing for various European teams in France, Spain and Greece. He speaks fluent Spanish. He is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a degree in business management. Lance is currently a Realtor with the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services North Properties and an Instructor at the Minnesota Real Estate School.

I enjoy being in the outdoors, spending time with my family, relaxing at our cabin/lake home located in Nevis, Minnesota, fishing, watching movies, riding motorcycles, taking my dogs to the park..

I have also worked in sales and customer service. I graduated from The Academy of Holy Angels, where I played hockey and golf. I coached youth hockey for 5 years and one of the teams I coached won 3rd place in state one year. In my free time I love to hunt, fish, camp and take trips. I grew up in south Minneapolis and have extensive knowledge of the area. My team and myself also travel outside of the metro area and have knowledge of the housing market across the state.
